If you are sitting somewhere, you could place your hands on your thighs. Maybe you feel the weight and warmth of your hands as they relax on your legs
How is your mental state right now?
Try not to judge, change or manipulate the experience
Just observe how it is for you right now
Then you could see how your feet on the ground feel
Try to focus your attention just there for a moment, on your feet
Do you feel more present and grounded?
Now expand the focus of attention to your senses
What do you hear?
What do you see?
What do you smell?
Maybe you can play a little with the images and sounds you perceive. You can receive them without getting lost in the details
You can be like a curious and neutral observer of what is in front of you
Now please let all those impressions dissolve into space
